Rides Management

All created courses are listed in the Rides Management menu, regardless of status: Planned, Cancelled, Loading, Unloading, In transit, Completed.

Here the dispatcher has the option to:

• search for a race using the search bar
• sort the list by name, race ID, date added, vehicle or status.
• view the details of the race and edit it
• view race files
• cancel the race
• delete race

Deleting a race is final. After deletion, it will no longer be found in the “Order list” menu.

• is a shortcut for quickly displaying waypoints along the route.

• The icons are shortcuts to view and edit the order, view files, cancel and delete.

Steps for editing an order

Step 1. Select “View order”
⇒ information about the race and the driver will be displayed here

Step 2. Select “Edit order” .

Step 3. Modify the waypoins and order details.
⇒ after editing the order, choose “Update order” and the information will reach the driver directly in his mobile application.
