Price manager menu allows the selection of fuel stations where the purchase of fuel with the Shell card is allowed and their display (on the map and in the list) with information about location, network, price and discount (if any).

The “favorite station” function was designed to meet a functional need of the dispatcher when he wants to send drivers to refuel only at designated stations desired by the company for fuel supply or other services.

1. By default, all the stations are already displayed in the Kopilot web application.
2. The dispatcher selects the favorite stations that will be visible in the driver's Kopilot mobile application.
3. All the stations chosen by the dispatcher are immediately visible in the map from Kopilot mobile on the driver's phone screen.

In the Recommended Stations menu you can:

• Activate or deactivate a station or several stations where fueling is allowed.
• Filter and identify the stations on the map.
• Search for a gas station.
• View the fuel price and the discount applied to each individual station.

The filter on the stations is applied according to:
• The country
• Network
• Station code

Set the preferred way of viewing the stations:
• Show only the stations that have a discount on fuel prices
• Only show favorite stations
• Show only the stations that have fuel prices

The map shows in detail the gas stations where the Shell card is accepted.
The stations shown on the map are:
1.Recommended stations: all the stations where the purchase of fuel with the Shell card is allowed
2.Favorite stations: the ones that the dispatcher indicates as preferential.

The dispatcher has the option in the mobile application to let the driver see all the Shell stations or to display only his favorite ones.

The way the stations are displayed in the driver's mobile application is chosen in the menu Configuration - Company.

Favorite stations are recommended Shell stations preferentially highlighted on the map. They are listed because they have a discount, a lower price or because their location is preferred by drivers for food and extra services.

The dispatcher can choose for the driver to see in the map of the mobile application all the stations where he can pay with the Shell card or only the favorite stations.

Setting a station as a favorite can be done:

A. Directly in the map.
or
B. In the station list in the Recommended stations menu.

A. Directly in the map:

Step 1.
Open Recommended stations menu and choose “View Map”.

Step 2.
Identify the desired station on the map.
⇒ click on its icon to view the location (address and GPS coordinates), code and name, price and discount.

Step 3.
Select “Set as favorite station”

B. In the station list:

Step 1.
Select the desired station from the list by adding a check mark in the box next to the station code.
⇒ the row of the station will be colored blue.

Step 2.
Select the option “Set as favorite station”.
⇒ then confirm the station setting.

Step 3.
After setting:

⇒ the station is colored red in the list
⇒ has the mention 'Yes' in the “Favorite” column

Deleting a station as a favorite is done A) in the map by clicking on the station icon and then selecting: “Delete favorite” or B) in the list of stations by selecting it and then the “Delete favorite”** icon
