“Add Wrapper (Type of Packaging)” is the menu where you can add new types of packaging in Kopilot.

This option will appear to the dispatcher when adding an order and he will be able to choose if he wants to select it as additional information to the order.

The types of packaging already available in Kopilot are: container and pallet.
The dispatcher can add new types of packaging, modify the existing ones or delete them.

The steps for adding a new type of packaging are:

Step 1: Open “Add Wrapper” menu.
Step 2: Add the type of packaging.
Step 3: Add description.
