In the Nomenclatures-Users menu you can view and manage the users in your company.

Users list is the menu where you find all active and inactive users listed.

Each user is uniquely identified with a username, a password and is listed with the following details:

• Name
• Role
• Email
• Telephone
• Status
• Assigned vehicle

The role that a user can have in Kopilot can be: Driver, Dispatcher or Manager.

In the list of users you can:

• search for a user in the search bar by name, email or registration number of the assigned car
• sort the list by name, role, email, phone, status or assigned vehicle.

The actions that can be taken at the user level by checking the icons to the right of each are:

1. Add file
2. View user files
3. Edit user
4. Associate vehicle
5. Delete user

1.Add file.
Documents can be added to each user in order to help the dispatcher in managing the fleet. (eg: driver's license, transport license, RCA, etc.)

Each document will have mentioned:

• Document type
• Document expiration date
• File description

2.View user files.
The saved documents for all users are listed here.

• If one of the documents is expired, it will appear in the list in red color and with the mentioned expiration date.
• Documents can be deleted or downloaded.
  

Documents that have expired or are about to expire will be summarized and notified via a reminder in the Notification section.

3.Edit user.
In this menu, user information can be modified such as:

• Name
• Email
• Password
• Status
• Phone Number

4.Associate vehicle.
Select the button and then choose the desired vehicle from the drop-down list that contains all the registration numbers in the fleet.

The vehicle - driver association is mandatory before adding an order.

5.Delete user.
By using this feature, users will be permanently removed from the company list.
