Here you can add new user with DRIVER ROLE by generating a 6-digit code that he will then have to enter in his mobile application in the “Connect to the company” screen.

Adding the code to Kopilot mobile application will allow him to be automatically associated with the company account in order to receive the orders & routes that will be assigned to him later by the dispatcher.

Steps to associate a driver.

Step 1.
Select the “Generate association code” button.
⇒ a 6-digit code will immediately appear on the screen in a pop-up box.

The generated code is unique and is valid for 30 minutes.
At each request, another code is generated.

Step 2.
Ask the driver:
⇒ to download the Kopilot mobile application on your phone or tablet
⇒ to connect in Kopilot using the following login methods: Google, Facebook or Email
⇒ to enter the 6-digit code in the “Conect to the company” screen

Step 3.
Confirm the association of the driver by selecting the green icon.
or Delete the association by selecting the red icon.

Step 4.
After association:
⇒ the dispatcher will find the new user in Users list
⇒ the driver will receive on the phone screen the confirmation that he has been associated with his company and access to the RACES, PREDEFINED ROUTES and CHAT menus.
