“Vehicles list” it displays all the company's vehicles in the form of a list and allows you to make changes to them.
Each vehicle is uniquely identified by its registration number.

In the list of vehicles you can:

• search for a vehicle using the search bar

• sort the list by registration number, vehicle type or mileage
  

• add a new vehicle by selecting the option:

Follow the next steps to add a vehicle:

Step 1.
› Click on the option
⇒ the Add Vehicle window will open..

Step 2.
› Add the vehicle information in the opened window: Registration number, vehicle type & the Fueling Params: Tank capacity, Additional consumption /ton/100 km (in liters/ton) Minimum Fuel in Tank, Average consumption without cargo (liters/100 km) & Vehicle parameters: Limited weight, Emission class, Axels, No of tires, Vehicle height, Vehicle width, Vehicle lenght aand Trailer type.

Step 3.
› Confirm the data by selecting the button
The successful addition of a new user is confirmed by the message: “The vehicle has been added successfully”.“.

The actions that can be taken at the vehicle level by ticking the icons are:



✔ Add vehicle file
✔ View vehicle files
✔ Edit vehicle
✔ Delete vehicle

Add vehicle file
Various documents can be added/saved to each vehicle in the application to help the dispatcher manage the fleet:

• RCA
• CMR
• Transport license
• Vignets
• ITP (Periodic technical inspection)
• Revision

Each file will have mentioned:

• Document type
• Expiration date*
• Description

↓ The list of expired/expiring documents will then be displayed to the dispatcher as a reminder in the header section of the application in Notifications ↓.

View vehicle files
Listing of all added documents (with the possibility to download them to the desktop or delete them from the list).

Edit vehicle
Here you can change the details of each vehicle regarding: Registration number, Type, Tank capacity, Fuel reserve, Average consumption per 100 km (in liters), Additional consumption per ton per 100 km (in liters).

Delete vehicle
Stergerea definitiva din lista a vehiculului selectat. Vehiculul sters nu se va mai regasi in lista vehiculelor pentru care se pot plasa comenzi de transport in meniul “Adauga comanda”.
